Our eleventh grandchild,\u00a0Samson<\/strong>, made his appearance last Tuesday, and I’ve had the privilege of helping out his incredible parents for the past week!<\/p>\n

Before I show you his pictures — my grandmotherly duty and honor — I also want to invite you to join us in a new part of our mission<\/strong> to encourage and equip you with God’s Word as you love and serve God and your family. We would like to invite you to send letters and questions<\/strong> to us that we can then address on this blog. Are you facing a particular challenge in your parenting? Do you need some ideas for how to discipline for a particular sin? Are you having trouble getting into the Word while you’re on duty 24\/7? Let’s talk about it together!<\/strong><\/p>\n

In true Samson fashion, this little guy threw his arms open just as the midwife went to measure his chest, and he broke the measuring tape. “‘Bind me fast with new ropes’ . . .And he brake them from off his arms like a thread.” Judges 16<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Did you know that Samson means “sunshine?” This little guy is going to add a lot of that to our lives!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
