\"\"It\u2019s not easy <\/strong>\u2013 getting into the Word while the house is full of little ones who need us twenty-four hours a day.<\/p>\n

But it\u2019s essential.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you’re struggling to spend time reading the Bible, if you’re reading but not getting much out of what you’re reading, if you just want some encouragement while you study your Bible — you’re in the right place!<\/span> You can<\/em> study the Bible<\/strong>, even while serving a family full of little ones.<\/span><\/p>\n

In November, we spent a month studying the third chapter of Colossians together \u2013 <\/span>5 minutes at a time.<\/strong> We had a wonderful time, marveling at the riches of one short chapter. We learned a lot of life-changing things.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now we\u2019re ready for another month of study!<\/strong> This time we’re going to look at Psalm 37<\/strong>, a psalm I\u2019ve grown to love as I\u2019ve studied and memorized it. It\u2019s such an encouragement and so relevant to the times we are in!<\/p>\n

Throughout the month of March, we will spend five minutes a day <\/strong>studying and meditating on this psalm. I know that even five minutes can be a real challenge! But most of us can find a way to make five minutes for the things we really <\/em>care about. It may take some creativity. You may have to put something else aside. You may need to enlist the help and encouragement of your husband or another friend, and you may not get five minutes in every <\/em>day.\u00a0But you can get some <\/em>study in. If you need some help and encouragement, please join us!<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Don’t give up if you can’t do all of the study as well as you would like. If you have to miss some days, don’t quit<\/em>! Use the weekly catch up day<\/strong> to make up for lost days, or just skip ahead to the current day’s study<\/strong>. No one is checking your work! \ud83d\ude42 Whatever you do is better than doing nothing at all.<\/p>\n

If you know you should be reading the Bible, but need some motivation, read\u00a0last Thursday’s post<\/a> and prayerfully re-evaluate your priorities.<\/p>\n
